And The Crowd Goes Wild!
Sinful Colors Rose Dust
In the bottle Sinful Colors Rose Dust did not have me super excited about the color. It's a pretty pinkish mauve but nothing that would stop traffic. I was ready for something a little more subtle so I decided to give it a go. The first finger I painted made me pause and inspect my bottle again. I was a bit surprised by the viscosity of this polish. It's a little thicker than I expected but not in a bad way and it applies nice and smooth. I went ahead and finished painting my nails. I think Rose Dust has the best formula of all the Sinful Colors polishes I have used so far. I applied two coats but I probably could have gotten away with just one. It self levels really well which is nice since the polish itself is a bit heavier than the average cream formula. The color really grew on me as well. I found it very flattering with my skin tone and the subtle silver shimmer was a welcome little extra. The shimmer is really very subtle but it does make it a little more special. Shown here, two coats with top coat.
A quick silver stamp job over Rose Dust made it even more girly than it was before. This manicure was a huge hit, with people constantly asking about my nail polish while I was wearing this mani. I enjoyed seeing their surprised faces when I told them it was an inexpensive Sinful Colors polish that I had scooped up in the store, just last week. I would recommend picking it up at the first opportunity you have.
