Kokie Silver Streak
Sometimes a girl just needs a little bling...then there are times when she needs a lot. Kokie Silver Streak is saturated enough that my nails were completely silver in two coats and the formula was great. While there are a lot of options out there when you are looking for a metallic polish Silver Streak will not leave you with any issues or brush strokes. The formula is composed of silver particles that give your nails a foiled look that I am partial to. It's also worth mentioning that I found removal really easy for this one. Sometimes these types of polishes can cling to the nail but this polish has no issues with that. Shown here, two coats.
Kokie Twinkle
I wish I could show you how incredibly full of glitter Twinkle is. I put a layer over Silver Streak just out of curiosity. Twinkle has an ultra fine silver shimmer base and larger hex glitter as well. I usually build these types of polishes up because I just love how it ends up looking scaly like something you would find on a mythical creature. I wanted to try it as a topper and I had a fairly good idea that it would be high on the glitter meter but it was off the charts. This is perfect if you need a glitter fix, are going to a party, or even date night. Even in low light I could catch my nail twinkling. The name suits the polish to a tee. It was very distracting and anyone trying to have a serious conversation was wasting their time. I was a bit fixated to say the least. The bad news is that removing it takes a little bit of work but I used a little bowl of acetone and an old makeup brush to scrub by nails clean. Even as the glitter sunk to the bottom of the bowl it looked beautiful. This is the first time I came across the silver shimmer and silver hex glitter colour combo. Usually the shimmer is one color and the hex glitter is another and the colours play off each other but the silver with silver gives the biggest sparkle payoff that I have seen so far. Silver Streak and Twinkle together are my Heart of the Mountain! Everyone should have this one in their Hoard!
