Halloween Is My Wonderland!
Orly Fowl Play
Orly Fowl Play is a dark purple jelly filled with color shifting flakes that go from red to gold and blue to violet along with holographic micro glitter. The formulas consistency is great allowing for precise application. I love not having a mess to clean up. Being a jelly polish it is on the sheer side, but builds up very nicely. I applied three coats for opacity and followed it up with top coat. Those flakes are definitely not the quickest color shifters I have come across and found that the light has to cooperate as well. Most of the time I spent wearing it I saw reds and blues with an occasional green flash. I think these are pretty fantastic colors for Halloween. We see so much of the typical orange and blacks that we have come to associate with the season that it's easy to forget that we do have options! Now don't think for a second that I am going to skip pulling those traditional favorites out because you would be mad and we can't have Halloween without them! I love everything to do with this silly holiday. You should see the prettiest hand painted black and silver sugar skull plates I just bought. I absolutely love them! Maybe I'm the one who is mad ... We're all mad here. Right Alice?
