KB Shimmer That's Nude To Me
KB Shimmer That's Nude To Me is one of the prettiest neutrals ever! As soon as I saw the new summer collection from KB Shimmer I knew I was going to try this one as soon as I could get my hands on it. I love bright and colorful nails but I love the neutrals just as much. That's Nude To Me is beige with hints of pink. The holo is strong on this one and even in low light it did not look like any old neutral. The formula was smooth and easy to control. I applied three coats for full opacity before adding top coat. As I was painting my nails I kept thinking something was very familiar about this one. It reminded me so much of Deborah Lippmann Dirty Little Secret that I had to go pull out my bottle and compare the two. They are not dupes; but are similar. That's Nude To Me is more pink whereas Dirty Little Secret is more grey. Depending on your
complexion you may prefer one over the other or if you are like me you will just have to have both. That's Nude To Me is very work appropriate if you happen to work in an environment where you are limited in your manicure options but the holo give it a bit of a rebel touch. I mean really in this day and age why can't we paint our nails exactly the color we want at work? OK I'll be good and not go down that road but I'm still thinking it! I have a feeling I am going to be posting a few more from this collection because I just loved this one.
