Girly Bits Hoop! There It Is an amazing bright neon creme that required no undies! You are looking at three coats with top coat. The formula is very well made. Neon nail polish is usually streaky and has issues leveling. Hoop! There is is was perfect but does dry a bit on the matte side as neons tend to do. I had to refer back to the Girly Bits site to see if it really was a cream. It feels more like a crelly because when it dried it still looked squishy. It was a very satisfying mani, almost like having candy coated nails! The color is so much fun even if my camera is a snob about it. Neon nail polish is a hard one to capture in pictures. This polish is an orange -red in person, more towards the orange side though. You are just going to have to take my word for it. Even better, go get it! This will be an amazing one to have for the summer.
