Kokie Razzle Dazzle
You do not need to be a nail polish connoisseur to appreciate Kokie's Razzle Dazzle. A classic red with a touch of bling with which you can't go wrong. It has a shimmer that reminds me of satin and was visible under just about any light. No matter the year or the season, red is always in style, and when the polish glitters it turns your nails into jewel-toned accessories. The formula has a great consistency and pigmentation. Two easy coats provided me with the perfect coverage. I added top coat as usual before taking this picture. I just love this shade of red!
Razzle Dazzle is so pretty and clean that looking at it, a thought occurred to me. This is how my daughter must feel when I hand her a clean sheet of paper. It must be marked up and made my own! I chose a delicate abstract pattern to begin my little art project. I used a special stamping polish for this part .
Once my stamping was done I took Kokie Dark Room, from the Rapidgel line, a very well pigmented black polish with the same great formula! I used it to paint part of my nails black. I did not pre-plan because I change my mind too often to be able to pre-plan. I am thrilled with the end results of my manicure though and even Mr. Nailvanna liked them quite a bit. I used the Rapidgel top coat to finish off my manicure for a wicked glossy shine. Now that I have tried a few more polishes from Kokie I have to admit I am quite impressed. I even mixed and matched across polish lines today and the formulas worked very well together. I love not having to follow rules! I had no hint of bubbles or drag marks and the formulas have been spot on. They have a gorgeous selection of colors and glitters at very reasonable prices. What's not to love!
