Kokie Rapidgel line is a two step no UV light required gel like system meant to give you up to 7 days of nonstop glossy color. I chose a creme polish called Enamored to try first. I mean who doesn't love a good teal? Especially one that leans so nicely towards blue! It's a color that works with any season. I found the same brush in this bottle as in their regular polish line and was just as pleased with it as I was with the other. It is a small but important thing while applying nail polish to find a brush that fits so well. It's going to take me a minute to get used to how much I love it. The formula had a great consistency and I barely needed two coats for opacity. As I was applying it I did wonder if this would be one of those polishes that might stain my nails but any time I wear a polish with blue in it I double up on the base coat. Sometimes you just need to be a bit proactive. I tried the top coat that is meant to go with the Rapidgel line and it dried nice and glossy as promised.
The fist time playing with Kokie I left it as is, because I wanted to get a feel for the polish on it's own but this time I wanted to play. If you have been following my posts and my Instagram you may have noticed that lately I have been favoring my stamper and today was no exception. I decided to stamp over Enamored with Color Club Crystal Baller. Oh I wish I could reach through my screen to show you how awesome this mani looks in person! Kokie Cosmetics is a new brand that has a team with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry and are meticulous and passionate about their products. I am loving the polishes that I have tried so far and they have such great prices! I know it's still a bit early but about this time of year I start planning my Christmas shopping. Cute packaging, love the product, and it's affordable! Definitely a good addition for every shopping list. I highly recommend you give them a try, because everyone deserves to have beautiful nails!
